Ubuntu Farm / Imakandi Labs (“we”, “us”) operates the UbuntuScore mobile application (“App”). This policy describes how we collect, use, and share information when you use the App.

Information we collect

• Account data: email address, password (stored hashed on our servers), name, phone, role, and profile details you provide.
• Farm and activity data: harvest reports, marketplace activity, loan-related data, and messages you send through in-app features, as applicable to your role.
• Identity and verification: information you submit for KYC or verification (e.g. identifiers you choose to provide), processed according to applicable law.
• Camera: the App may use the device camera to scan QR codes (for example loan or verification flows). Camera access is used for this in-app purpose; we do not record video for advertising.
• Photos: if you upload profile, farm, or listing images, those files are sent to our servers as described in the App.
• Device / technical: network requests to our servers; we do not sell your personal information.

How we use information

We use data to provide credit scoring, marketplace and escrow-related services, authentication, support, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.

Sharing

We may share data with service providers who help us operate the service (e.g. hosting, payments where applicable), and when required by law. We do not sell personal data.

Retention

We retain information as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations.

Security

We use industry-standard safeguards. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
